How do I insert the cup and remove it?
Fold the Cup together and insert the cup into the vagina. Inserting the cup takes some

Push the cup further into the vagina with two fingers.
The cup takes on the shape of your body thanks to its soft material.
Make sure the cup is open by touching the bottom part of the cup, it should be completely flat.
Remove the cup after 8 hours max.
You can remove the cup by putting one finger between the wall of your vagina and the side of your cup, then push down the side of the cup towards the middle of the cup and release the vacuum. After that you can remove the cup via the loop.
How do I clean the cup?
To ensure optimal hygiene and extend the lifespan of your menstrual cup, it's essential to sterilize it properly.
- Rinse your cup under cold water to remove any residue. Use a mild, unscented soap to wash it, ensuring all visible debris is eliminated.
- Fill the Beppy Steam+Sterilizer with water up to the edge of the hole.
- Place your Beppy menstrual cup in the sterilizer.
- Press the button and wait for 6-8 minutes until sterilization is complete.
- Please Note: The top of the lid can be very hot after sterilization. Wait until the device has cooled down before opening the lid. Switch off the device or unplug it after use.The Beppy Steam+Sterilizer automatically stops once the water has evaporated, so you can rest assured that the appliance is working safely and efficiently. Wait until the appliance has cooled down completely before removing the lid.
