The Beppy Cup is comparable in size to an S/M size of traditional cups. So it is an intermediate size. The diameter at the top is 4.5 cm, the diameter at the bottom is 3.5 cm and the total length of the cup is 6 cm (incl. 1.5 cm removal loop). It has a capacity of 25ml.

How do I insert it and remove it?

Fold the Cup together and insert the cup into the vagina. Inserting the cup takes some

Push the cup further into the vagina with two fingers.

The cup takes on the shape of your body thanks to its soft material.

Make sure the cup is open by touching the bottom part of the cup, it should be completely flat.

Remove the cup after 8 hours max.

You can remove the cup by putting one finger between the wall of your vagina and the side of your cup, then push down the side of the cup towards the middle of the cup and release the vacuum. After that you can remove the cup via the loop.

How do I clean it?

To ensure optimal hygiene and extend the lifespan of your menstrual cup, it's essential to sterilize it properly.

  1. Rinse your cup under cold water to remove any residue. Use a mild, unscented soap to wash it, ensuring all visible debris is eliminated.
  2. Select a pot solely for sterilizing your menstrual cup to prevent cross-contamination.
  3. Place the cup in the pot, ensuring it's fully submerged in water. Bring the water to a boil and let the cup boil for 5 to 7 minutes. Avoid exceeding 7 minutes to prevent potential damage to the silicone material.
  4. Carefully remove the cup using tongs and place it on a clean, dry cloth. Allow it to air dry completely before storing.
