Remove the cup after 8 hours max.
You can remove the cup by putting one finger between the wall of your vagina and the side of your cup, then push down the side of the cup towards the middle of the cup and release the vacuum. After that you can remove the cup via the loop.
How do I clean it?
To ensure optimal hygiene and extend the lifespan of your menstrual cup, it's essential to sterilize it properly.
- Rinse your cup under cold water to remove any residue. Use a mild, unscented soap to wash it, ensuring all visible debris is eliminated.
- Select a pot solely for sterilizing your menstrual cup to prevent cross-contamination.
- Place the cup in the pot, ensuring it's fully submerged in water. Bring the water to a boil and let the cup boil for 5 to 7 minutes. Avoid exceeding 7 minutes to prevent potential damage to the silicone material.
- Carefully remove the cup using tongs and place it on a clean, dry cloth. Allow it to air dry completely before storing.
Alternative Method: If boiling isn't convenient, consider using the Beppy Steam+Sterilizer. This device sterilizes your cup efficiently using steam, offering a hassle-free solution without the need for a stove.
Regular sterilization after each menstrual cycle helps maintain the cup's cleanliness and ensures it's safe for reuse.
How long will it last?

To maximize its lifespan:
