When wearing for the first time, check that the underwear fits properly. Use the clicks on the sides to adjust the tightness. You can adjust the clicks during the day if the underwear is too tight or too loose. Make sure that all clicks are at the same height to prevent damage to the 'Bloat&Swap System'.

Check if the side of the crotch at the seam is damp to see if the underwear needs to be changed. The 'Bloat&Swap System' is designed as a convenient solution for changing underwear, even in public toilets. You can take off the underwear as normal or remove it without having to undress yourself. Simply remove the underwear by opening the clicks on both sides and gently pulling it out between your legs.

Take into account the difference in absorption level between the two Beppy Panties, so you can efficiently calculate how many hours you need to change underwear 

First rinse the underwear with cold water. Then wash it carefully by hand or in the washing machine at 30°C in the supplied washing bag. Avoid using bleach and fabric softener, and do not dry the menstrual underwear in the dryer. We also advise against ironing the underwear. Simply let the panties air dry until they are completely dry. This way, the quality of the material is preserved and you can enjoy your Beppy menstrual underwear for longer!

Two panties with different clicks on the side: one with 2 clicks and one with 4 clicks. This way you can easily choose based on your flow level. Two clicks are ideal for light days and four clicks for medium to high flow. With the colored combos, Siren and Coral, you can even see by the color which level is suitable; light colors for light days and dark colors for heavier days.

Depending on the intensity of your blood loss, we recommend wearing the underwear from 8 to 12 hours.
